The Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen invites you to the exhibition Štafeta umění / Art Relay, which will present the current work of three faculty graduates: Veronika Bílková, Kateřina Illnerová, and Tomáš Leba.
The exhibition's title refers to the symbolic continuity of artistic education and the sharing of experience between generations. For the 20th anniversary edition of the ArtCamp international summer art school, the three artists return in two roles — as lecturers of specialized workshops and as exhibiting artists.
Veronika Bílková's books and illustrations, Kateřina Illnerová's comics and illustrations, and Tomáš Leba's prints, drawings, and paintings will be on display from Wednesday, July 15, to September 3 at the Incubator Gallery. The exhibition's opening will take place on Tuesday, July 14, starting at 4 p.m. The exhibition is open to ArtCamp participants and visitors, as well as anyone interested in contemporary fine art and design, prospective students, and the general public. Admission is free.
