The Echoes of FAMUFEST are bringing a selection of work by students from the Film and Television Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU) to Pilsen on Friday, April 24. Over two days, visitors can look forward to screenings, concerts, and a children's program. The Saturday block will additionally feature films, music videos, and experimental formats created at the Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.

Animated and experimental films from the Animation and Multimedia studios at the Sutnar Faculty will be on show on April 25 at the Moving Station venue. Screenings will run from 12:00 to 14:00, followed by a discussion with the authors. The screening will be introduced by Vojtěch Domlátil (head of the Audiovisual Department and Animation Studio) and Milan Mazúr (head of the Multimedia Studio).

The animation block draws from this year's sub-theme Ride or Die and will present six selected works: Next Stop, BBQ, Skateboarders Personal Hell, Autopilot, the music video Verteere Heel, and the film Keep Out. The following program from the Multimedia Studio will offer a broader range of approaches, from personal testimonies to experimental forms. Further details are available on the festival website.
