Petra Hrubá Smržová studied at the Lidová škola umění in Jihlava for eight years in her youth. She creates under her maiden name Smržová. She mainly focuses on intuitive painting and drawing. In her work, she tries to capture different perspectives, energies, and mysteries of nature. She does not name her paintings intentionally. As she says, the energy of the painting evokes its own name. Painting and drawing help the author express her creative self and maintain health and balance in her life.
Visitors to the exhibition have the opportunity to send their impressions, perceptions, or emotions to the author at her work email address.
