Just fill in a few questionnaires and find out how you are doing. The new How Am I Doing? (Jak jsem na tom?) website from the Faculty of Health Care Studies at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen offers everyone the opportunity to assess their mental well-being until the end of October. The website is intended not only for university students and teachers, but also for the general adult public. No registration is required, and all analyses are free of charge.
Several standardized questionnaires are available that focus on emotional well-being, psychological difficulties, self-compassion, workplace relationships, and the ability to cope with everyday activities. Once the questionnaires have been completed, participants receive an automatic assessment and clear, easy-to-understand feedback. The questionnaires can be completed from anywhere and at the participant’s own pace.
The Faculty is joining the current 37th annual nationwide Mental Health Weeks (Týdny pro duševní zdraví) initiative, which began on 10 September and runs until 10 October. The initiative aims to raise public awareness of mental health issues, the experiences of people living with mental illness, possible approaches to prevention, and the activities of organizations working in the social and healthcare sectors.
