How do you prepare a project proposal, form a consortium, or find project partners? These topics will be covered at the May seminar hosted by the Faculty of Applied Sciences at the University of West Bohemia. Participants will also learn how to increase their chances of success.

The seminar will first familiarize participants with the structure and principles of the
Horizon Europe program. They will learn what types of calls are currently open in this EU Framework Program for Research and Innovation for the period 2021–2027. The instructors will then present the step-by-step process of preparing a project application, from formulating the project concept to practical tips for writing individual sections of the proposal. They will also advise on where and how to actively seek international partners and on establishing cooperation with them.
The “How to Navigate Horizon Europe” seminar will also include sharing specific experiences from the preparation and evaluation of projects within the program, along with common mistakes and recommendations to increase the chances of success.
The seminar will take place on
Tuesday, May 12, starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Faculty of Applied Sciences of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. It is intended not only for beginners who are just getting acquainted with the program, but also for more experienced researchers who want to develop their skills further and gain new ideas for project preparation.
