How can you prepare a proposal with the best possible chance of success under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) program? This is the focus of the University of West Bohemia Project Center’s seminar on Tuesday, 2 September, entitled MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships – Proposal Preparation and Evaluation. It is the second seminar in the series on MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships organized by the Center.
This time, the program will focus on two key areas. In the first part of the seminar, the trainers will introduce the structure of the project proposal and the evaluation criteria, along with practical recommendations for what to include in each section. This will be followed by an insight into the evaluators’ perspective, including their expectations. Participants will also learn how the evaluation process works and receive tips on preparing a competitive proposal.
The introductory information and call conditions covered at the spring seminar will not be repeated in the autumn. However, before attending the follow-up seminar in September, participants can refresh their knowledge of the essential information using the video recording and presentations.
The second seminar in the series on MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships will not cover detailed budget preparation either. The administrative and financial aspects of MSCA projects will be addressed separately at a later seminar organized by the Project Center.
The September seminar on proposal preparation and evaluation will take place in person at the Rectorate building, room UR007. The seminar will run from 9:30 to 12:00 and will be held in English. It is open to applicants from all fields, both from the University of West Bohemia and partner institutions. Registration is open until 26 August via the registration form.
