Research on immune and cancer cells, sample preparation and data analysis await participants of the international Summer School of Single Cell Analysis, organized by the NTIS Research Center of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, and the Biomedical Center of Charles University’s Faculty of Medicine.

Master’s, doctoral students, and young researchers will gather in Pilsen for the fourth nine-day Single Cell Analysis Summer School. They will conduct hands-on research on immune and tumor cells using single-cell methods that extract information from individual cells.
The summer school focuses on experimental design, sample selection and preparation, quality control, sequencing, understanding NGS data formats, sequence editing, read mapping, data interpretation, and troubleshooting.

until May 3. The organizers will select the final group of participants based on the applications received.
