Lithography as a distinctive means of artistic expression. The third edition of the international lithography symposium Livingstone, subtitled From Reproduction to Expression, brought printmakers from the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, and Belgium to Pilsen. Five days of collaborative work, exchange of ideas and approaches, and exploration of the possibilities of contemporary authorial lithography culminate in an exhibition at the University Library of the University of West Bohemia on the Bory campus.

The exhibition reveals how different artistic voices engage with the same medium and demonstrates lithography’s potential as a vehicle for personal expression.

The opening reception will take place on Wednesday, 1 July, at 6 pm. The exhibition will be on view from 2 July to 30 August during the library’s opening hours.
