10 November

10. listopadu, 18:00

TechTower, Koterovská 152, 326 00 Plzeň

What research topics are shaping the world today, and how is the next generation approaching them? This year, the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen looks back on 35 years of operating under its current name. Its Gala Evening in November will also offer a glimpse into the future.

Admission: Free
Intended for: Invited guests

The University of West Bohemia in Pilsen’s Gala Evening will offer the university’s partners and friends a one-hour program this year. It will look back on the past 35 years while also exploring the future of science and education. Alums who are now well-known figures in their fields will take the stage, while current students will be recognized for their achievements. Rector’s scholarships, as well as scholarships from the City of Pilsen and the Pilsen Region, will be awarded to nine talented students.

Through this annual gathering in a relaxed atmosphere, UWB’s leadership wishes to thank its partners for their year-round cooperation and support.

The university’s Gala Evening will begin at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, 10 November, at TechTower in Pilsen. Attendance is by invitation only.
