The conference's main theme will be the question of what those we educate need: how can we adapt learning conditions and personal development to the needs of the current generation, and how can we support those who educate?

The one-day conference program (November 20, 8:00–15:45) will focus on the role of schools and individual educational stakeholders in personal growth, emphasizing the need to shift attention toward strengthening the skills and motivation of students, teachers, and other participants involved in the educational process. Presentations by participants will also address the use of new technologies in teaching.

The event is organized by the Information and Advisory Center of the University of West Bohemia and the Regional Education Center.

There will be ample time for discussion and networking for all attendees.
