The Industrial Design Studio teaches how to design quality products, design is understood here as an invention. Of all the Sutnarky studios, it combines artistic skills and technical knowledge the most. This is reflected in the assignments given and the subjects studied, in which the university's technical faculties are also involved, which is evident, for example, in the DESING+ project. When designing new products, the teachers emphasize general feasibility, respect for physics, technical parameters, and ethics. The studio is heavily involved in international projects, working in interdisciplinary teams and regularly solving assignments in collaboration with companies. In teaching, emphasis is placed on testing proposed solutions as a key tool in the learning process. Learners have many opportunities to test their concepts - whether they are presentations, sketches, virtual or physical models. There are many benefits to this practice, including the opportunity to receive realistic feedback.
