In collaboration with the Regional Education Center, the organisers will showcase project activities over a two-day program:
Day 1: Guest speakers from the field of education, psychology, and counselling will discuss well-being in schools, the current situation, and the necessity of prevention in the area of mental health for students, teachers, and school staff. The theme will also explore communication, with peer consultants providing insights into mental health support in schools from a student perspective.
Day 2: The conference will focus on students, allowing them to visit an interactive exhibition on mental health and inclusion in education. Visitors can explore creative works related to the mental well-being of young people and gain unique insights.
The program also includes opportunities for sharing experiences and mutual exchange among middle and high school environments, along with practical workshops.
Please visit the project’s website and the Facebook event for a detailed program. You can register using the form provided.
The organizing team looks forward to seeing you there!
The project Systematic Support of Mental Health in Adolescence (Projekt Systematická podpora duševního zdraví v adolescenci — PODUZ in short) is implemented by the Information and Counseling Center of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in cooperation with the Regional Center for Education.
