EitanBartal defines himself as a “Visual Rhetorician“and connects with artists of the “Action” tradition. His artistic practice deals with themes of identity, ethnic, national and ecological consciousness. For Bartal, the performative act is a fascinating arena that takes place outside of traditional exhibition spaces and tries to touch real life in public places.

The publication Eitan Bartal: a stable collection of unsettling moments, with texts by Yael Eylat Van-Essen, Noah Becker and Jan Van Woensel, published by the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, Czech Republic, 2022, will be presented at the exhibition opening.
