The subject of the workshop is an introduction to the possibilities of using virtual reality and augmented reality (XR) to support psychological well-being, relaxation and regeneration. Participants will have the opportunity to experience practical exercises aimed at relaxing the mind and body, which can support their creative thinking and creative process. As part of the program, they will also try short meditation and relaxation techniques in a VR environment.
Program:
8:30 – 9:00 Registration
9:00 – 9:30 Introduction and presentation of XR technology and the possibilities of its use in psychohygiene
9:30 – 10:00 Practical part of workshop 1 – relaxation techniques in a VR environment
10:00 – 10:15 Coffee break
10:15 – 12:00 Practical part of the workshop 2 – creative use of VR for the creative process
12:00 – 12:30 Final discussion and feedback
