During the two-day Year One festival, we'll help you not only to orient yourself to the university, its buildings, workplaces and student associations, but we'll also introduce you to your classmates.

The first day of the festival will take place on the university campus in Bory as part of the Day in the campus (Celebration of the 30 yrs of the UWB). The festival program includes sports competitions, workshops, talkshows, food, festival campgrounds or concerts!
The next day we'll explore the city centre and university buildings located there as well and finish the day with a quiz and a beer in Družba.

The UWB Year One 2021 festival is being prepared by the Information and Counselling Centre UWB in close cooperation with other university workplaces and student organizations. The event is under the auspices of the Rector of the UWB Miroslav Holeček.
