As part of the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of 9/11, the American Center US Point  will host a discussion with James Manahan who will talk about his assignment. In upcoming years James participated in advanced training programs that were the direct result of 9/11. He was the member of Incident Management Team in New Orleans during the crisis created by Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and by Superstorm Sandy in 2012.
