Reflections on distributed tracking and estimation – lecture
Participants will learn more about the causes of suboptimal behavior and some solutions that guarantee conservative estimates. The matrix measure of normalized estimation error, referred to in English-language literature by the acronym NEES, will also be presented.

Gustaf Hendeby, who works at Linköping University and SAAB Aerospace (manufacturer of the JAS-39 Grippen aircraft) in Sweden, will lecture in English at FAV UWB on distributed monitoring and estimation.
