BoostUp: the first step to your own business

The aim of the BoostUp UWB entrepreneurial innovation club is to support budding entrepreneurs on their way to their dream of starting their own business, holding the future firmly in their hands and being their own boss. Don't let your idea sit in a drawer. We will provide the right contacts, mentoring, space and other services. You'll meet great people and learn new things at the workshops we organize.

You can look forward to:

Business BootCamp - a comprehensive programme of workshops led by entrepreneurs and experts in selected areas. You will learn about the basic pillars of a successful business, such as marketing & sales, financing and pricing, business plan, presentation skills... It will guide you through the first phase of preparing a business plan. You will have the opportunity to work on your project and to go all the way to implementation. We hold workshops at the beginning of the summer term.

BoostUp Session - inspirational lectures featuring successful entrepreneurs and start-up founders who will be happy to share their stories and experiences in the field of entrepreneurship. We always do the lectures at the beginning of the winter term.

Boostup Night - popular student project competition. It's the perfect place to check that your business project is really cool and can compete with other ideas. This year's event is scheduled for Nov. 19 at 6 p.m. in the TechTower.
