"We focus on offers related to the field to which the students are close," explained Rastislav Lipták, one of the platform's founders. "We see many skilled and passionate young people around us dedicated to their field in their free time. They program, design, make videos, and do experiments, but they lack contact with practice. Thanks to our platform, we give them a space to show what they enjoy, what they can do, and why it makes sense to give them a chance. We allow them to present their passion for the field, even if they have no experience in a real company," says Rastislav. This is also why they don't ask students for a CV, which many have nothing to fill.

Thanks to cooperation with companies, mainly from the Pilsen region, offers for both technical and humanities fields appear on the portal. Students can participate in product development, lecture various leisure or educational courses, assist in VR technologies, or work in management and marketing.

The founders are currently working on further improvements to the platform. They believe transparency and credibility are key for both learners and companies. "Shortly, we are preparing more detailed profile statistics, tailored offer recommendations, automated matching between students and companies, and also a profile verification system," added Radek Stropnický, the second of the founders. Students will find clear information about job advertisers in one place and will not have to search for them themselves.

In the future, the founders plan to expand the platform beyond the Pilsen region. "We want to give students all over the country the opportunity for an interesting internship and create an environment where they can develop, gain experience, and find a job that makes sense to them," concluded Rastislav Lipták.
