The exhibition Together presents works created in the Graphic Design and Visual Communication Studio under the guidance of professors Rostislav Vaněk and Kristina Fišerová. It follows Rostislav Vaněk´s current exhibition Extended at the Gallery of West Bohemia in Pilsen.

The students come together to celebrate his milestone birthday with eighty graphic flowers and a visual report from their study trip to Japan, which they experienced together.

The Graphic Design and Visual Communication Studio at the Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art offers a two-year master’s degree programme. Students join together from the faculty's bachelor's programme as well as from other universities, often not exclusively focused on art. This diversity in professional background demands a high level of personal commitment from everyone involved. Together, we always start with technical tasks, such as pictograms and alphabets, progressing through thematic challenges to extensive visual communication projects. The emphasis is not only on the professional execution of tasks but also on exploring experimental forms of artistic expression. Together, we prioritize creative freedom rooted in a deep mastery of graphic design craftsmanship.

The exhibition Together features the following artists: Lucie Daňková, Anna Dudáková, Ján Holba, Barbora Chotěborová, Dominik Jáger, Vanda Fabienne Kyzlinková, Matěj Rejšek, Marija Romanova, Matouš Scholler, Terezie Staňková, Dorota Špuntová, Petr Sýkora, Valerie Štecová and Johana Voráčková.

The exhibition Together opens Wednesday, January 15 at 6 p.m. and runs through February 19.
