The presentation focuses on the issue of patent protection of computer programs and artificial intelligence. The aim is to familiarize the audience with the structure of an invention application, in particular patent claims containing a computer program and artificial intelligence. The presentation introduces the legislation on the protection of industrial rights and the position of the Industrial Property Office in the examination of applications for inventions and utility models in this field of technology. All this is supplemented with concrete examples from practice.
