Students had the chance to network with their future employers, filling the space of all three technical faculties.

The campus of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen came to life on Wednesday, March 20th, with the 29th edition of the Job Fair hosted by UWB. Over 120 Czech and international employers were showcased in the buildings of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Economics, and Faculty of Applied Sciences. They engaged with students and graduates alike, offering a wide range of job opportunities from participation in trainee programs, part-time jobs, to full-time employment. Internship offers, practical experience opportunities, and collaboration on diploma theses were also available.

"The job fair is a traditional event where you, our students or future graduates, find your future employers. It gives you the opportunity to kick-start your career," said the rector of UWB, Miroslav Lávička, encouraging students to visit as many booths as possible.

The Job Fair, in collaboration with UWB, was organized by the Union of Students of UWB in Pilsen, which represents all students and graduates, and the student organization IAESTE UWB. UWB itself also presented as an employer.

If you missed the event or didn't get to visit all the booths, there is a fair catalog available with an overview of all exhibitors and the most essential information. You can download it or browse it online (czech only).
