"Music in general is extremely important to me. It's a metaphor. It reflects better in principle what is happening inside us. Life is always happening, changing. Our consciousness requires vigilant attention," says Ditta Jiřičková, the author of the exhibition.

Under the curatorial direction of Daniela Kramerová, the Ladislav Sutnar Gallery will exhibit free works, digitally printed prints, as well as a few examples of works related to the design of the Contempuls contemporary music festival presentations.

In addition to Ditta Jiřičková's work, the exhibition will also present a joint project by students of the Graphic Design and Digital Media and Ceramic Design Second Service studios, which was created in collaboration with the Czech Porcelain company. The students explored the possibilities of inspiration from the decoration of porcelain mugs from the 1960s to the 1980s.

The opening, which will take place on Wednesday 18 September at 18:00, will include a musical performance by Jakub Rataj and Jan Kokolii. A guided tour of the exhibition will take place on 3 October at 17:00. This will be followed by the launch of the publication Second Service at 18:00.

The exhibition is held with the financial support of the Statutory City of Pilsen.
