A live orchestra, dance and singing performances, and a DJ will also be on hand. The University of West Bohemia Faculty of Applied Sciences invites you to its first-ever ball. The event will take place at the Parkhotel in Pilsen. Tickets are on sale.

This fall at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, the focus will be not only on studies, science, and technology, but also on dancing and social gatherings. The Faculty of Applied Sciences will kick off the season shortly after the winter semester begins. On the third Saturday in October, it will host its first ball.
The evening will begin at 8:00 p.m. with a ceremonial opening dance in the grand ballroom of Pilsen’s Parkhotel, after which the dance floor will open to dancing couples. Music will be provided by the Miroslav Novotný Dance Orchestra, and the vocal group Foamies will also perform.
Those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere to the elegance of a ball should definitely not miss the small hall, which will be dedicated to a disco. DJ George Da House will be spinning there. Throughout the evening, guests can also capture a memento at the CHEESE-BOX photo booth in the foyer, where they can meet illustrator Vhrsti, who will add a touch of his cartoon magic to the ball.
The University of West Bohemia’s Faculty of Applied Sciences Ball will be hosted by Stanislav Jurík. Ticket prices depend on the selected seat and range from 490 to 730 crowns. They can be purchased on the Plzeňská vstupenka portal.
